EU cartel investigation in electronics sector

Case are providing an economic assessment in response to the European Commission's Statement of Objections in COMP/34937 - TV and Computor Monitor Tubes alleging an international cartel for Colour Picture Tubes (CPTs) on behalf of Toshiba.  Dr Cento Veljanovski, Case's managing partner, made a presentation to the EC Commission's hearing in May.
