Handel rownolegly lekami presentation in Warsaw

Cento Veljanovski, managing partner of Case Associates, gave a presentation to the IV Forum Rynku Zdrowia attended by over 600 delegates from the pharmaceutical industry in Warsaw on the 22 October.  Each delegate was given a Polish language copy of Case Associates' report entitled Handel rownolegly lekami - Ocena efektow ekonomicznych which assesses the evidence on the impact on prices, price regulation/negotiations, and innovation of parallel imports of patented pharmaceuticals in Europe.  The report, which was commissioned by the European Association of Euro-Pharmaceutical Companies (EAEPC) assesses the European courts Syfait I, Syfait II and GSK judgments.   The report was launched in Polish at the conference.  An English language version of the report can be downloaded with the same title Parallel Trade in Pharmaceuticals - An Economic Assessment, with German, Spanish and Greek language versions to be posted soon.
