Julian Keeley is a Senior Associate. He has extensive experience of the communications sector having recently stepped down as Head of Regulatory & Carrier Services at O2, one of the largest mobile operators in Europe. Prior to this Julian held a number executive of positions at O2, and British Telecom where he was head of Interconnection Pricing.

Julian has a degree in physics (BSc) from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma of Management Studies. He is a Chartered Engineer (Member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management.
