Our July Casenote CAT Awards Triple Damages; Well not really takes a critical look at the UK Office of Fair Trading and Competition Appeal Tribunal Cardiff Bus decisions over the alleged predatory pricing of Cardiff Bus.  It argues that the CAT took a narrow view of causation in awarding damages to the claimant, and that it decision to award exemplary damages is confusing. A version of this Casenote is to be published in the European Competition Law Review.
